If the products you purchased do not meet your expectations, you have the right to return them within 14 days from the date of receipt. Once the goods are returned, the refund will be made within 14 working days.

Please note:

• In case of a factory defect, the entire amount is refunded.
• If the reason for the return is a discrepancy with the desired size or you are simply not satisfied, the shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.

 

Returned items must be in the following condition:

• Without traces of use – unworn, uncleaned, unironed, without stains or odors
• With original packaging and label

 

Returns made in a manner other than the specified instructions will not be accepted!

 

The amount for the returned goods will be transferred to the bank account provided by you within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
